The Reserves lost their game while the Seniors played out a draw. There is no game this weekend.Our U-10 footballers travelled west to take part in their first blitz of the season in Gweedore at the weekend. They were joined by the host club & neighbours Glenswilly. Well done to all who took part, parents, coaches and thanks to Gweedore for hosting. The U-8 footballers have their first blitz this weekend in Newton at 12noon.Sympathy is extended to the Kavanagh family from Tyholland, Monaghan on their recent bereavement.Good luck to Oisin and the Donegal Minor team & the Seniors in their Ulster Championship clash with Tyrone on Sunday.Thanks to all who took part in the Topaz Cash for Clubs fundraiser.Special thanks also to Eddie Tobin and his staff for helping our club withthis. The U-14 girls team were beaten by St. Eunans last Friday evening. Training continues every Monday & Wednesday evening at the pitch.With the summer holidays fast approaching we have finalised dates for our Hurling Fun Week, Camogie Crew & Cúl Camp.The Hurling Fun week runs from 6th to 10th of July, Cúl Camp is from 27th to 31st July and the Camogie Crew is provisionally penciled in for the 3rd week of July.Any business interested in getting a pitch side ad should contact Dan on (086) 739 2780 for more details.Our U-12 footballers had a 2 point win over Glenfin in their league and are fixed to play Buncrana next. Training continues on Monday & Friday evenings from 6.30-7.30pm at the pitch. With the competitive action starting soon it is important that all players attend training. New players welcome.Our annual 5k road race & fun run is fixed for Tuesday 2nd June. This race is part of the Donegal Athletics Board Grand Prix Series and more details will be published in the coming weeks. Underage football coaching continues at 11am every Sunday at Pairc na nGael. New members welcome.Camogie training continues at the pitch on Mondays from 6-7pm for U-14 and older girls and Fridays from 6.30-8pm at the pitch for U-8, U-10 & U-12.
